Maryjan Fiala started at Northeast Community College in July, 2014 as the Associate Dean of Business and Technology. She has a business background, previously taught at Peru State College and Southeast Community College, and taught English as a Second Language and GED classes at Central Community College. Graphic Design student and reporter Davida Gaffney sat down with Fiala to talk about her first year as an administrator and an instructor at Northeast.
